Jednodnevni meditacijski retreat je prilika da uđete u svijet meditacije ili
obnovite svoje znanje i iskustvo meditacijske prakse. Poznata tisućama godina u
različitim kulturama, meditacija je sigurno i provjereno sredstvo samorazvoja
koja uz spoznajni aspekt ima i druge povoljne efekte na tijelo i dušu kao što

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Shvatio sam ovih dana da me život i stalna potraga za nečim provela kroz nebrojena iskustva i u zbroju svih tih iskustvenih putovanja, u trenutku kada bi trebao početi još jedno novo, ovoga puta u Rovinju gdje me čeka priprema i otvorenje multinamjenske galerije, primjećujem u duši neki mir, osjećaj bitne nebitnosti novog kretanja naprijed. U tom osjećaju, koji je poput mirnoće zalaza Sunca ili smiraja istarskog grada pred sezonu, nalazi se sveokupni potencijal nebrojenih mogućnosti. Lao Tze bi ga možda nazvao Tao, osjećaj nepotrebne potrebe za činjenjem bez činjenja, a koja se odvija kroz možda blagu snagu povjetarca ili prodornu munjevitu snagu groma, neka vrsta dopuštanja da se stvari same odviju već samim prisustvom na nekom području.</span><br />

U isto vrijeme, u zadnje vrijeme mi se dešava da me ljudi pitaju za neku vrstu savjetovanja i onda se ti razgovori pretvaraju u business ili life coaching iz kojeg oni koji su pitali izlaze obogaćeniji, inspiriraniji, spremniji za novi korak ili korake, osnaženiji za nove pravce kretanja, ispunjeniji informacijama i samo-otkrićima koja dotad nisu ni pomislili ni uvidjeli. Svemir Ayan Vranko was born in Croatia on March 20. His journey as a Sound Healer started in Hawaii in year 2000 with Jonathan Goldman - pioneer in Sound Healing in the USA. Svemir is musician (recorded "Om didge" music for Sound Healing in 1998), writer and inventor with over 70 technical and social inventions.<br />
<br />
In 1990 he joined Anti War Campaign against the war in former Yugoslavia and was leader of Doors of Peace - first action of Anti War Campaign. Anti War Campaign was awarded with Nobel Peace Prize Nomination in 1997.<br />
<br />
Currently Svemir is conducting workshops on Sound Healing, Chakra Dance Yoga and Art of Tantra.<br />
Svemir holds Masters of Education of University in Zagreb, Croatia and is Certified Massage Therapist by the School for Massage and Healing Arts in San Francisco, California.<br />
<br />
His booklet Sound Healing (Zvukoterapija) is a pioneer work on this topic in Croatia.<br />

Romanowski metodu osmislio Jeff Romanowski iz Connectticuta, USA od kojeg sam učio tijekom 5 godina u Zagrebu u Makronovi i u Konstanzu u Njemčkoj. Za Romanowski metodu nažalost ne postoji diploma jer Jeff nije nikada osnovao službenu školu Romanowski metode.<br />
<br />
Romanowski metoda je, kao i većina novih stvari, nastala slučajno (ili možda ne?). Jeff je kao neuromuskularni terapeut radio vrstu pritiska koja nije duža od 30 sekundi po točci, ali, ako revan terapeut znao je i produžiti taj pritisak i onda je jedan klijent prilikom tog produženog pritiska počeo dublje disati i nakon nekog vrmena klijent je (na čuđenje Jeffa) doživio neku vrstu emocionalnog oslobađanja. Jeff je postao fasciniran tim događajem i počeo je dublje istraživati tu fenomenologiju pa je tako došao do teorije emocionalne anatomije opisane od strane Stanley Kelemana (knjiga "Emocionalna anatomija" postoji i na hrvatskom jeziku u izdanju Erudite d.o.o.).<br />
<br />
Također, sreo je i Josepha Raela, indijanskog šamana iz New Mexica imenom “Lijepo obojena strijela” koji ga je uputio u indijanski aspekt tjelesno orijentiranih, ali i duhovnih metoda za promjenu stanja svijesti koje su isto uključivale disanje, ali i vježbe poput Vision Questa - potrage za vizijom i Sun-Moon Dance-a - trodnevnog plesa<br />
u kojima su nespavanje i izdržljivost u teškim uvjetima metode promjene svijesti i ulaska u transformacijski trans.<br />
<br />
Bit dijagnostike Romanowski metode je otkriti gdje se u tijelu nalaze skraćeni mišići koji u sebi zadržavaju protok, tj. koji zadržavaju mliječnu kiselinu, a uzrok tog zadržavanja su neizraženi unutarnji, mentalno-emotivni sadržaji. Skraćenje mišića dovodi do pomaka koštane strukture, a to utječe na protočnost tekućina i sadržaja organa što onda dovodi do još veće kiselosti. Krajni proizvod je bolest ili bolesno stanje.<br />
Romanowski metodom se te blokade oslobađaju, na mjestu zastale energije dolazi do prostora čistoće od starog koji onda klijent ima priliku ispuniti nečim novim, dakle ima priliku za promjenu, za novi korak.<br />
Sama metoda se radi s malo dubljim disanjem koje alkalizira tijelo i omogućuje kemijsko-energetski proces.<br />
<br />
Tijelo, emocije i um su kod zdrave osobe u konstantnom protoku i cjelovitoj povezanosti gdje jedan dio našeg energetsko-tjelesnog sistema neprestano utječe na drugi. U prirodnom toku informacija i podražaja ne postoje zastoji u toj komunikaciji i tad se osoba osjeća laganom, protočnom životnom, opuštenom, centriranom, ni pre otvorenom, niti pre zatvorenom, tj. može po volji upravljati svojim energetsko – tjelesnim strojem.<br />
<br />
Nemogućnost izražavanja i prorade unutarnjih sukoba na slobodan način stvara zastoje u kruženju energija od tjelesnog preko emotivnog do mentalnog i obrnuto. Ti zastoji se gomilaju u onome što nazivamo podsvjesću, a koja je zbir energetskih nakupina koje ne možemo ili ne želimo osloboditi zbog različitih razloga. Ipak svaki takav zastoj stvara unutarnji pritisak koji se oslobađa u svojoj originalnoj formi ili namjeri u ekstremnim situacijama, kada popusti kontrola ili zbog unutarnje motivacije, tj. razumijevanja da nešto treba osloboditi iz našeg sustava.<br />
